Absolutely Perfect

Pros: What can I say except that this company was a fantastic company to work with. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and we compared many other products without him pushing me in either direction. When I had decided on the product the salesman worked in getting it to me as soon as possible. It arrived as promised and worked perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with this salesman and company and I will definitely buy from them again. I thank them and say to any interested people, you are in good hands with these people. Cons: NO CONS Other thoughts: Trust this company. You WONT go wrong!!

Everything we expected and more....
Rating: 5
Pros: I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband. I was a little worried since he has not used the Go Pro I gave him last year but thought he would enjoy the Phantom for filming fishing videos and to take pictures of his construction projects. Extremely easy to assemble, the blades and put on a few stickers. It took him all of 5 minutes to learn how to fly and work the controls with no problem at all. The clarity of the pictures and videos is amazing! We all took turns flying landing and maneuvering around objects with no incidents. Very pleased with the battery life, well into the 25 minutes that was promised. [...] I was worried about not having the blade guards but since it was easy to fly I don't think it's a must. Very pleased with shipping since I ordered it a week before Christmas, was to arrive 12/24 but received 12/23. I would suggest a carrying case, guess I know what to get him for his birthday! Cons:

Phantom 3 Standard Bundle a great nibble.
Rating: 5
Pros: It works with the DJI Go, litchi, and autopilot. My iPhone 6 plus includes everything including a barometer to make me feel safe about flying the drone. There's nothing like the new sheath system of the phantom 3 with one board inside. Cons: It only uses the U.S. DOD GPS satellite system, which then again says stay where there is plenty of view to the sky. Phantom 3 advanced , 4K and professional step it up to glonass. The iPhone has to judo back and for with google maps before you 're easy on with map coverage. Other thoughts: It has every nibble of intelligence with the proper checklist you have to go through.

Fun, but . . .
Rating: 4
Pros: Flying a drone is great fun & thrilling. Cons: However, I had to scour the Internet & look at several videos to figure out how to get my drone safely off the ground. There is a long & sometimes steep learning curve. DJI could do more for a step-by-step process to get going. Other thoughts: It is, so far, worth the effort.

Great deal but it came with a broken camera lens
Rating: 4
Pros: Great deal on an open box phantom 3 professional. Item was shipped quickly and was packaged as described. Cons: Camera lens was broken on arrival which was very disappointing. Given that the cost of a new lens was $15, It wasnt really worth it to send the entire copter back. I just ate the cost of a new one.

What an awesome video platform
Rating: 4
Pros: Pretty easy to fly, loaded with features and a lot of fun. Cons: Extra batteries and other accessories are EXPENSIVE! I have spent almost as much on a case, tablet holder and batteries as I paid for the drone. Other thoughts: Within 5 hours of flight time I was able to get results like the one in the video below

Phantom 3 Standard
Rating: 3
Pros: This is a very good item. Easy to fly and amazing pictures. Cons: No support. It took me six phone calls to get information on a problem that I had with it. They gave me two email addresses to send a video. One was in China and the other did not exist. I finally got a hold of Eric who was helpful. I had to send my drone back. They signed for it tow days ago and have not even emailed me that they received it. A great product with not much support.

Great product / wasn't in stock
Rating: 3
Pros: DJI makes a great product. I chose Buydig for their price and bundle. It showed in stock. Cons: Despite the website showing 'in stock' and paying extra for 2 day shipping, it wasn't in stock and wasn't delivered in 2 days. Other thoughts: Maybe contact them to make sure it's in stock befor paying more for expedited delivery.

Purchase With Caution
Rating: 2
Pros: Easy to fly, while it still functions properly that is. Fun drone with a great camera, but I only got 6 flights with the drone before the shell cracked near the prop motor. Not happy. Cons: I was fortunate enough to be able to return the product after noticing a small crack near one of the prop motors. I had successfully taken off and landed with each flight, but the plastic shell cracked from stress. Its a very common problem with the Phantoms, and DJI is VERY difficult to work with. Horrible customer service from DJI, but Excellent customer service from BuyDig Other thoughts: Do not buy this product. Do your research and look into how many people report problems with these drones. I didn't read into it enough, but there are tons and tons of defective units. DJI is very unhelpful and their estimated repair times were a long wait.

Waiting
Rating: 2
Pros: Prompt email replies. Cons: It's been over a week and my order hasn't even shipped. They say they're out of stock but the items clearly said available and 4 easy to ship... Other thoughts: I just think it should show out of stock on the website when I ordered. I'll update my comment this Friday 4/1/16
